Orissa
The eastern state "ORISSA" is burning now.Everywhere fire and fire. Many issues are there to aid such burning.Kondohmal Issue,Floods Issue,Gandhamardhan Issue,High Court Bench for Western Orissa Issue,Kalinganagar Issue and kalahandi's demand for Central University.Although mostly spreaded out Kondohmal Issue melted navin's government to all possible extent.Further another "High Court Bench (wwwhcbench.blogspot.com) exposed the navin's government to be a unfaithful and betrayer for Western Orissa region. It is known to all that, mass agitations is continuing in entire 10(ten) districts comprised in Western Orissa region since dated 30th April 2006,demanding for a bench of Orissa High Court at any place within W.O.Navin's sarkar in all the times, have attempted to frustrate the noble efforts by common people and lawyer class of this region.Knowing well of the agitational task taken up compleatly by western orissa, navin's letter to hon'ble C.J., orissa high court provoke the lawyers class of Berhompur City to took another agitation and Court Picketing into their hand. After a long closure of Court work and after facing police brutality and lathicharge they sat down to cool hand.In the second responce navin govt have appointed Justice Pal Commission to make an approach and report on dated 11th March 2008 by giving a timelimit of six month for making his report. But much after expiration of said time limit, invitation of Justice Pal Commission from the public indivisuals,n.g.o.s and other social organisations from entire 30 districts comprised in Orissa for submission of written statements in respect of demand for H.C.Bench to be established at places outside the place having principal seat (i.e.,Cuttack) by holding Commission's Office at Nuapatna,Cuttack, has caused warm in the public in general.Such act like a firce in aid of fire into oil,and the chief minister navin babu is waiting to see some mishappenning by putting his folded hand under chin.As great festival of light is on the above, to come !
